Our History
The original name of INSTRAK was “Inisiatif Strategik” where Inisiatif Strategik Sdn Bhd has been established in 2000. INSTRAK focuses on digital banking and fintech system solutions as well as corporate finance that can drive the country’s economic growth. INSTRAK also provides total financial solutions to all viable industries with insurance coverage so that the conducive eco-system governs all parties from end to end. To date, INSTRAK has assisted all selected viable industries with a financial solution of almost RM1.8bill over 20 years in history.
In line with the business expansion, INSTRAK has upgraded its status to a Berhad (Limited) entity, namely INSTRAK VENTURE CAPITAL BERHAD (INSTRAKVC), which was established in 2020. INSTRAKVC is registered under Registered Of Company (ROC) under the Company Act 2016. INSTRAKVC is expected to be listed on Bursa Malaysia and the London Stock Exchange within 5 years from now.
INSTRAKVC welcomes local and international corporate investors through accumulated funds up to USD1bill in enable INSTRAKVC to continue moving forward as a corporate entity specializing in corporate finance & strategy, digital banking solutions, financial technology (fintech), and investment management.
